Information we collect
When you submit a review, we collect the information entered in the form, including the system and manufacturer, review content, rating, display name, email address, general location if supplied, optional reported cost and system details, optional photos or video intended for publication, and one private verification file.
What we publish
If a review is approved, we may publish the review, rating, system and manufacturer, relationship to the system, chosen display name, general location, optional reported cost and system details, approved photos or video, and a verified-experience label. We do not publish your email address or private verification file.
How we use information
- To verify that a review reflects a genuine customer or professional experience.
- To moderate, publish, correct, or investigate submissions.
- To contact a reviewer when clarification or a safety, privacy, or authenticity concern arises.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud, abuse, and security threats.
Service providers and disclosure
The site may use hosting, storage, security, and email service providers that process information only to provide those services. We do not sell reviewer personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the integrity of the platform.
Your choices
You may request correction or removal of your published review or associated personal information by emailing reviews@wildfiresystemreview.com. We may retain a limited record when reasonably necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, or platform-integrity purposes.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
